Tattoo Aftercare Instructions:
1. Take your bandage
off in one to two hours after you receive your new tattoo.
2. Begin by washing your new tattoo with warm, soapy water three to four
times daily.
3. You will need to put a small amount of Vitamins A & D Ointment
on your tattoo after washing for the first five days.
4. You will continue this process for five days. After the fifth day,
you can reduce your washing to two or three times a day.
5. It is very important that you keep your new tattoo out of the sunlight
for at least ten days. After that time, you may resume tanning. If you
want to keep your colors the brightest for the longest time you will need
to use a sun block of SPF 30 or greater when tanning.
6. No swimming in a pool or lake for at least five days after your new
tattoo has been applied so that you avoid any diseases that may be in
the water.

1. Don't touch the body piercing.
Also, don't let anyone touch, kiss, or lick the body piercing.

completely heal. Changing or removing jewelry should be avoided during
that time.
3. Don't let the piercing come into contact with another person's bodily
fluids.

damage healthy cells and cause scar tissue. Petroleum jelly is not recommended
for aftercare, as it can collect and promote the growth of bacteria.

must swim cover with a waterproof bandage.
6. Taking vitamin C, a multivitamin, and a zinc supplement thoughout the
healing process will accelerate healing and tissue regeneration.
